Can I pay in GBP using Google Checkout?
Currently we can only take GBP directly via PayPal. We will of course offer the ability to pay in GBP via GC to our UK customers as soon as the option becomes available to us.
Do you pay customs fees?
We are sorry, but additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
I don't live in the US; how long will it take to get my order via EMS?
Express Mail Service typically takes between 3-5 days from origin to destination according to the USPS web page. However, that estimate is only accurate for domestic shipments. Overseas shipments will take 3-5 days to ARRIVE at the destination country, but at this point Customs takes over and may delay the shipment further so a package could conceivably take longer than the 3-5 day estimate to actually be delivered. This is beyond our control as Customs is a government entity and basically stops a package for as long as they please while they determine whether or not the item(s) is/are to be allowed into the country. We try to minimize this occurrence by giving very clear descriptions as to the package contents on the accompanying papers, but sometimes even that doesn't help. We recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance if you are purchasing an item for a specific date, and up to a month for delivery during a major holiday.
