Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days of delivery without prior authorization (overseas returns can take longer). Personalized and sharpened items are not returnable unless defective. Food items are not returnable due to state regulations.
In the event that an item goes on backorder, we will immediately contact you and offer to process your order and ship when available or give a full refund, whichever is preferred.
Shipping upgrades (2nd day, next day delivery) available on request, however the customer will be liable for the increase in shipping and will be billed for the difference via whichever service was initially used to render payment.
Orders shipped to a military destination cannot be time guaranteed and may take from 4-6 weeks to be delivered.
International orders are subject to customs duty fees payable by the buyer to the government of the country the shipment is destined for. Such shipments may also be assessed a VAT (Value Added Tax) fee. None of these charges are collected by us in any way, shape, or form.
